Petalkit walked out of the nursery her fur perfectly groomed but shd was bored and wondered what she could do. She still missed her mother who had died a moon ago, but she was glad that she had her father and aunt so it wasn't as bad as it use to be. Letting out a sigh she bored walked over to the fresh kill pile.

Bumblepaw was still excited about his hunting success earlier this morning. He dragged his rabbit's over to the pile, surprised that someone else was already there.
"Hello Petalkit!" Bumblepaw smiled at the kit. He knew what happened to her mother and was sympathetic. He touched her nose with his tail. "Whatcha doin`?" |

"Looking for something to do, I'm so bored," Petalkit complained flicking her ears back and forth as he tried to pull down a rabbit from the top of the pile.

"I'm finished with my chores for today, so I could play with you."
Finally managing to get his catch on top of the pile, he looked back at her.
"Hungry?" He asked her. "We could share something if you'd like." He asked. "Or would you rather play first?" |

"Let's play first," Petalkit decided wanting to play more than eat since she had been bored since she woke up a little bit after dawn.

"Okay. Want to play hide-and-seek?" He asked her. The fluffy little cat hadn't played in a while and his mentor would frown upon it if they found out about it. But he also knew that he should be nice to her, after what she had been through. |

Bumblepaw smiled and covered his eyes with his paws, counting in his head. He got tired of counting and just waited for Petalkit to hide instead.
"Petalkit, are you finished yet?"
"Hurry up, Petalkit!"
Bumblepaw was getting impatient.

Petalkit quickly looked around before deciding to hide behind the nursery knowing that there was a small hole there big enough for a kit. Flicking her tail she dashed behind the nursery curling up in the hole making sure that no part of her could be seen.

Bumblepaw opened his eyes, readjusting to the light.
"I'm going to find you Petalkit!"
He bounced around the camp, his ginger fur fluffing out around him. His eyes glanced around the camp. He was trying to resist using his nose, and finding her without trying hard. But alas, he wasn't that strong. He scented and tasted the air. Padding over to where Petalkit, he shoved his nose in her fur.
"Found you!" He smiled.
